Welcome to TravAI, an e-learning and training software tool provided by Techhound Limited (“Techhound”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of TravAI. By accessing or using TravAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Access and User Accounts:

1.1. Clients are granted permission to create user accounts on TravAI for the purpose of accessing and utilizing the platform.

1.2. User accounts are non-transferable, and clients are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.

1.3. Clients agree to promptly notify Techhound of any unauthorized use or suspected security breaches of their accounts.

2. Purpose of Use:

2.1. Users may only use TravAI for the purposes of learning and training as intended by Techhound.

2.2. Any unauthorized use of the platform for other purposes, including but not limited to commercial activities or unlawful activities, is strictly prohibited.

3. Copyright and Content Ownership:

3.1. All content provided on TravAI, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and interactive elements, remains the copyright of Techhound Limited unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Users are prohibited from selling, licensing, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise exploiting any content obtained from TravAI without express permission from Techhound Limited.

4. User-Generated Content:

4.1. Users have express permission to upload content to TravAI for the purpose of creating courses and training material.

4.2. By uploading content, users warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to do so, and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4.3. Techhound Limited reserves the right to remove or disable any user-generated content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

5. Artificial Intelligence:

5.1. TravAI will utilize artificial intelligence provided by third-party providers to provide key functionality within the software.

5.2. Techhound Limited accepts no warranty for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors resulting from the use of artificial intelligence on the platform.

6. Credits and Billing:

6.1. Certain interactions on TravAI may require the use of credits, which are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

6.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their account has sufficient credits to utilize AI interactions, and for monitoring credit usage and billing statements.

7. Content Accuracy:

7.1. All uploaded content remains the property of the client, and clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.

7.2. Techhound Limited does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content, and users are encouraged to verify any information obtained from the platform.

8. Support and Uptime:

8.1. Support for TravAI is provided through the ticketing system during normal business hours.

8.2. Techhound Limited aims for a 99.9% uptime for TravAI, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, and shall not be liable for any interruptions or downtime.

9. Client Responsibility:

9.1. Clients are responsible for monitoring user activity on the platform and ensuring compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.2. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techhound Limited from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of TravAI or their violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law:

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

10.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.

By using TravAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use TravAI.

Clients will be issued with specific terms for the agreement upon signing up for access to TravAI.
